For 28 years, I have been a mortgage originator closing thousands of unique loans, including FHA, VA, USDA, 203K, Conventional, Jumbo, & Renovation loan programs. Animas Mountain Mortgage is a hybrid lender. As a non-delegated correspondent lender, I fund many loans in our own name and sell them after closing, and I also broker loans to more than 200 wholesale lenders. Either way, I narrow the options down to the few that fit your loan best. On loans I fund, processing, closing and funding happen right here in Durango, and the investor that buys the loan gives the final underwriting approval. Whether you’re purchasing or refinancing a primary residence, vacation home, investment home, or 1-4 unit property, I am confident we can work together to find the loan that fits your situation.
